Common questions
When can I get the app?
DropHound is being built now and will come to iPhone and Android. This page will link to both stores as soon as it's out.
How much does it cost?
Alerts are free. Nobody can pay to get alerts sooner than anyone else.
Which shops do you watch?
UK card shops that sell sealed product at retail, from big names to smaller independents. We add more over time. If there's a shop you'd like us to watch, email us its name.
Which games?
The One Piece Card Game to start with. Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Lorcana are planned.
Do you sell anything, or buy stock for anyone?
No. DropHound only tells you what's happening at shops. You buy directly from the shop, and we never buy, hold or resell stock.
Why didn't I get an alert for a drop?
A few reasons it can happen: the shop isn't one we watch yet, the product sold out within seconds, or the price was far above what shops usually charge (we don't alert on inflated prices). If you think we missed something, email us with the shop and product and we'll look into it.
